Step 1: Switch On!

Switch on your WiFi enabled device such as smartphone, laptop or tablet once your flight reaches cruising altitude and connect to the WiFi network.

Step 2: Select the WiFi

Launch or refresh the browser or manually type in the URL from the participating aircraft to get to the aircraft portal and follow the instructions to reach to their Hotspot portal.

Step 3: Purchase a WiFi Session and Login

You can now use your CIMB SME BusinessCard to purchase different passes in the portal and follow the login steps. You can now start browsing and surf the internet.
