Issuance 0.1% flat on Invoice value for 3 months – Minimum RM50 Monday to Friday: 4:00 p.m. same day
Cancellation after 3 months 0.5% per annum on Invoice value, upfront for 3 months and subsequently 3 months thereafter until SG is returned – Minimum RM50
