How do I change my password for CIMB Biz?

On CIMB Biz web

Step 1: Login to CIMB Biz Web

Step 2: On the side navigation menu, click Settings > Change Password

 

On CIMB Biz app

Step 1: Launch the CIMB Biz app > Tap Password Login

Step 2: Tap on Forgot Password/Unlock User > fill in details > Tap Next > Enter 6-digit PIN > Tap Approve

Step 3: Setup new password > Submit > Done
