Step 1: Login to CIMB Biz web

Step 2: On the left side menu, click Inquiry > Transaction Status Inquiry

Step 3: Search for the payment/transaction you wish to view

On CIMB Biz app

Step 1: Login to CIMB Biz app

Step 2: On bottom navigation tab, tap More > Other Services > Transaction Status Inquiry

Step 3: Select the payment/transaction you wish to view
