On CIMB Biz web

Step 1: Login to CIMB Biz web

Step 2: On the left side menu, click Services > Manage Template > Add

On CIMB Biz app

Step 1: Login to CIMB Biz app

Step 2: On the bottom navigation tab, tap More > Other Services > Manage Template

Alternatively, you have the option to Save Template after each payment request is submitted. This is available on both CIMB Biz web and app.
