I did not receive any Secure Token notification when attempting to login to CIMB Biz Web, what should I do?

Follow the simple steps below:

For Android devices:
Step 1: Go to Settings > Notification > App > CIMB Biz > Select Allow Notifications.
Step 2: Go to System & Updates > Date and Time > Select Set automatically.
Step 3: Login to CIMB Biz Web > Click Resend Notification on CIMB Biz Web to trigger Secure Token notification.

For Apple iPhone:
Step 1: Go to Settings > Notifications > CIMB Biz > Select Allow Notifications.
Step 2: Go to Settings > General > Date & Time > Toggle on Set Automatically.
Step 3: Login to CIMB Biz Web > Click Resend Notification to trigger Secure Token notification.
