How do I activate Lock CIMB Biz ID?

It can only be activated by the Authorised Person, System Administrator, and Approver User(s).

 

Step 1: Login to CIMB Biz App > Tap More on the bottom navigation tab > Lock CIMB Biz ID

Step 2: Read and understand information on screen > tap Proceed

Step 3: Approve the action via Secure Token by following the instructions on screen

 

Once complete, all users that are logged into CIMB Biz App or Web under your Company ID will be immediately logged out and users will receive a notification that Lock CIMB Biz ID has been activated.
