I have activated the Lock CIMB Biz ID but now I wish to unlock it. How do I do this, and how long will it take to unlock?

In order to unlock or uplift the CIMB Biz account, the steps are as below:

Step 1: Download the CIMB Biz Upliftment letter from the CIMB Biz Official Website (under Key Download).

Step 2: Fill up all the required information and provide the Authorized Signatory.

Step 3: After filling up the information on the letter, please approach the nearest CIMB branch for further assistance.

Note:

The Lock CIMB Biz ID upliftment process will take at least 5 working days.

You will receive an automated email once the upliftment process is completed.
