Discontinuation of CIMB Platinum BusinessCard

16 October 2024

 

Dear CIMB Platinum BusinessCard Cardholder,  

 

Effective 31 December 2025 the CIMB Platinum BusinessCard will be discontinued and replaced by CIMB SME BusinessCard.

 

If you are holding the CIMB Platinum BusinessCard, the new CIMB SME BusinessCard will be sent to you between 6 November 2024 to 31 August 2025 to your registered address with the Bank. If you did not receive it, please contact our Customer Resolution Unit (CRU) at +603 6204 7788 to arrange for a new card.

 

Please ensure to activate your new CIMB SME BusinessCard before 31 December 2025 to avoid any usage disruptions.
