6. I only have CIMB Clicks App. How do I manage my credit card?

This feature is available on CIMB OCTO App, you will need to download and activate the CIMB OCTO App before you can manage your credit card settings.

Step 1: Download the CIMB OCTO App

Step 2: Login with your existing CIMB Clicks ID and password.

Step 3: On the homepage, tap on More on the bottom right-hand corner > Services > Manage Card

As a security measure to combat fraud, you will only be able to perform and approve banking transactions via CIMB OCTO App 12 hours after completing First Time Login.
