7. What should I do if I am not receiving the PTA?  

a)       For CIMB Clicks App user: You must ensure that the Messenger in CIMB Clicks Mobile App is activated. Upon Clicks Mobile App first-time-Setup, you will be              prompt to activate the Messenger in CIMB Clicks App.

b)       For CIMB OCTO App user: Check your settings in CIMB OCTO App to see if it is enabled, go to More > Settings > Manage Push Notification. At the same time,            ensure that notifications for CIMB OCTO App is enabled In your mobile phone setting.

c)       For iOS user, if you disable push notification prompt during First-time-setup, you will have the option to enable Messenger in Settings > Messenger.
