Sole Proprietorship / Partnership / Limited Liability Partnership

  • Business Registration / Partnership Deed (Partnership only) / Latest Form A / D / E
  • Photocopy of NRIC for Sole Proprietor / Partners
  • Latest 3 years’ Management Accounts
  • Latest 6 months’ Bank Statements
  • Latest 3 years’ income Tax Returns (Form B / Form P / Form PT) and Tax Receipts
  • Project proposal / agreement / contract to install solar photovoltaic system

 

Sdn Bhd

  • Photocopy of NRIC (Malaysian) or Passport (Non-Malaysian)
  • Latest 3 years’ Audited Accounts and Management Accounts
  • Latest 6 months’ Bank Statements
  • Latest year company Tax Receipt / Form C
  • Project proposal / agreement / contract to install solar photovoltaic system
