What are the items required when I login for the first time?

FTL (also knows as First Time Login) is a process which is required when accessing the OCTO Biz for the first time. This process can only be done via the mobile application.

The items required when performing the FTL process is:

Company ID and User ID.
Minimum Mobile Operating System version of Android 10.0 or Apple iOS 14.
Ensure mobile device is not rooted or jailbroken.
Download OCTO Biz Mobile Application from Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (Apple)

Note: You will need to wait for 12 hours after completion of First Time Login before being able to access your business accounts on OCTO Biz. You may wish to plan your business transactions ahead of time.
