Can I begin to use this service immediately after submitting the application form?

Once your application is processed, the Authorised User(s) and System Administrators will receive login details and User Password via 2 separate emails as well as Personal Identification Number (PIN) sent to their mobile phone, which is used to unlock the User Password. Please provide a Malaysian mobile phone number during the application, as the system is unable to send the PIN to a foreign mobile phone number.

 

For STANDARD and CUSTOMISED Package, the Authoriser(s) and System Administrators may start using the service upon receiving the Security Device which is used to generate One-Time Password (OTP).

 

For LITE Package, Authorised User(s) and System Administrators will receive OTP via SMS. No Security Device is required.
