For payment within the same bank (In-House):
Step 1: Login to our BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App
Step 2: Tap "FUND TRANSFERS".
Step 3: Select "IN-HOUSE TRANSFER" to make a transaction.
Step 4: Enter "Source Information"
Step 5: Enter "Beneficiary Information" by selecting an option from the drop-down list:
a) Other - Transfer to other CIMB accounts
b) Own - Transfer to Own CIMB accounts
c) Favourite - Transfer to favourite accounts
Step 6: Enter the transfer amount
Step 7: Enter "Additional Information":
- Recipient’s Reference
- Other Payment Details
Step 8: Select "Instruction Mode" (Today or Future Payment Date).
Step 9: Tap "SUBMIT" button to submit the transaction for approval.
For payment outside CIMB (InterBank Giro):
Step 1: Login to our BizChannel@CIMB Mobile Apps
Step 2: Tap "FUND TRANSFERS".
Step 3: Select "INTERBANK GIRO (IBG)" to make a transaction.
Step 4: Enter "Source Information"
Step 5: Enter "Beneficiary Information" by selecting an option from the drop-down list:
a) New Entry - First-time transfer to beneficiary through Interbank GIRO
b) Favourite - Transfer to favourite Interbank GIRO accounts
Step 6: Enter the transfer amount
Step 7: Enter "Additional Information":
- Recipient’s Reference
- Other Payment Details
Step 8: Select "Instruction Mode" (Today or Future Payment Date).
Step 9: Tap "SUBMIT" button to submit the transaction for approval.
