What should I do if my web browser displays “Please use another Browser”?

You will need to clear cache on your browser. You can do this by following the steps below:

For Internet Explorer (IE):

Step 1: Go to "Setting" > "Internet Options"

Step 2: Select "Delete" > Select the following options:

  • "Preserve Favorite website data"
  • "Temporary Internet files and website files"
  • "Cookies and website data"
  • "History"
  • "Download History"

Step 3: Click "Delete"

 

For Google Chrome:

Step 1: Go to "Setting" > "Privacy and security"

Step 2: Select "Clear browsing data" > Select the following options:

  •  "Browsing History"
  •  "Cookies and other site data"
  • "Cached image and files"

Step 3: Click "Clear data"

 

For Mozilla Firefox:

Step 1: Go to "Setting" > "Option" > "Privacy and security"

Step 2: Select "Clear Data" > Select the following options:

  • "Cookies and other site data"
  • "Cached web content"

Step 3: Click "Clear data"
