How do I submit the Customer Information Update Form?

Step 1:

Download the Customer Information Update Form from CIMB website.

 

Step 2:

  1. Fill up the required fields and the fields you wish to update.
  2. Print the form with the generated QR code.
  3. Ensure the pages are in order to ensure a seamless update and data capture.
  4. Sign the completed form. 

 

Step 3:

Submit the form with supporting documents to the nearest CIMB branch.
