20. I have credit balance on my credit card, will it get refunded if it is cancelled?

Yes, any credit balance on your cancelled CIMB Credit Card will be refunded to you. For customers with CIMB Bank / CIMB Islamic Bank Credit Card or Current or Savings account, it will be credited into your account within 90 days from cancellation date. For customers without CIMB Current or Savings account, please call us to make the necessary arrangement as per the notification sent to you. Your account will be credited within 90 days of confirmation of transfer arrangement.
