Effective 23^rd March 2025, the following Fees & Charges for Property Financing and Hire Purchase (HP) / Islamic Hire Purchase (HP-i) will be ceased with immediate effect:

Property Financing:

1. Early Settlement Charges* for Home, Business Premises and Vacant Land Financing Products

2. Set-up Fee for HomeFlexi/-i and BizFlexi/-i Products

3. Redraw Fee via CIMB Clicks/OCTO for HomeFlexi Smart/-i, BizFlexi Smart/-i, and

    Vacant Land Flexi Smart/-i Products

4. Cancellation Fee for Overseas Mortgage Loan Products.

Note: *This is not applicable for BNM's Fund for Affordable Homes/Financing.

Hire Purchase (HP) / Islamic Hire Purchase (HP-i)

1.  Postage of Hire Purchase/Hire Purchase-i Agreement

2.  Postage of Notice on Base Lending Rate (BLR) / Base Financing Rate (BFR) Revision via Registered Mail.
