How do I apply for CIMB Biz?

You will need to have an existing Business account with CIMB before you can sign up for CIMB Biz.

How do I log in for the first time?

What are the items required when I login for the first time?

FTL (also knows as First Time Login) is a process which is required when accessing the CIMB Biz for the first time. This process can only be done via the mobile application.

 

The items required when performing the FTL process is:

  1. Company ID and User ID.
  2. Minimum Mobile Operating System version of Android 10.0 or Apple iOS 14.
  3. Ensure mobile device is not rooted or jailbroken.
  4. Download CIMB Biz Mobile Application from Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (Apple)

 

Note: You will need to wait for 12 hours after completion of First Time Login before being able to access your business accounts on CIMB Biz. You may wish to plan your business transactions ahead of time.
