PREFERENTIAL RATES FOR GREEN RESIDENTIAL HOMES

1. CIMB Green Home MRTA/MRTT/MLTA Campaign is applicable to individuals who apply for a home loan/home financing facility together with Group Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance (MRTA)/Group Mortgage Reducing Term Takaful (MRTT)/Group Mortgage Level Term Assurance (MLTA) within the Campaign Period to finance the purchase of under-construction or completed residential property(ies) under a green home project in Malaysia.

2. The dates below must be met in order to be eligible

• Home Loan/Financing Submission Period: 1 October 2024 – 31 December 2024
• Home Loan/Financing Acceptance Period (Facility Agreement Signed): By 31 March 2025

3. Reward: Complimentary 12 Months Group Term Takaful (GTT) Coverage

• Death/Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) Benefit: RM50,000
• Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit: RM50,000 (The payment of the Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit is in addition to the payment of the Death/TPD Benefit.)

4. MRTA and MLTA are underwritten by Sun Life Malaysia Assurance Berhad, an insurer regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia and licensed under the Financial Services Act 2013. MRTT and GTT are managed by Sun Life Malaysia Takaful Berhad, a takaful operator regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia and licensed under the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013.
