What does Property Financing Redemption mean?

 

Redemption Statement also known as Redemption Letter is an official statement that is issued by Bank.

 

This statement shows customer the total remaining amount that needs to be paid up, if the customer wish to pay off their loan/financing once and for all. 

Who may request for a Property Financing Redemption Statement?

 

A customer can request for this Redemption Statement if his/her name is reflected on the financing. A solicitor that is appointed by customer to state that the solicitor has the power to act on behalf of customer can request for this too. 

How to request

Request for CIMB Property Financing Redemption Statement in just a few simple steps:
