Whether you are applying foreign currency notes (FCN) for personal use (as Individual) or company use (as Non-Individual), CIMB Pick & Pack could be your choice! Not a CIMB account holder? Not to worry, this service is available for both CIMB and non-CIMB account holders. Enrol to be a Pick & Pack customer to get started – a one-time registration only!

 

 

3 easy steps to enrol as a Pick & Pack customer

Step 2

Submit the application form to CIMB Bank Currency Exchange (CCE) counter together with supporting documents.

Step 3

Once the application is approved, you can start ordering Foreign Currency Notes using our Pick & Pack service.

4 simple steps to order Foreign Currency Notes with Pick & Pack

Step 1

Check the exchange rates and stock availability with the CCE counter that you want to exchange at.

Step 2

Fill out the Pick & Pack Order Form. Transfer the payment to 'CIMB BANK BHD – BDC PICK AND PACK' account (details stated in the form).

Step 3

Submit the Pick & Pack Order Form together with transaction receipt via email/in-person to your selected CCE counter.

Step 4

Once your FCN is ready, you may collect it from the selected CCE counter or have it delivered to your doorstep.
