I submitted a transaction but the status is displayed as ‘Transaction on Hold for Further Validation’. What does this mean?

Certain transactions which are deemed high risk will be monitored and subsequently processed for clearance. We will contact you if there is a need to obtain further authentication. This process is usually completed within a few minutes. However, it may be extended in case additional verification is required (under certain circumstances).
