CIMB CLICKS ONLINE BANKING

There are three (3) ways to perform Consent Registration for DuitNow AutoDebit:-

1. Register via CIMB Clicks Web 
   • Step 1: Login to CIMB Clicks Web > Select Services from the side menu > Under DuitNow AutoDebit, select Register New AutoDebit
   • Step 2: Fill in details of your request and follow instructions on screen to submit the request to merchant for approval
   • Step 3: Approve the transaction via SecureTAC Approval sent to CIMB OCTO App
2. Register from merchant’s website 
   • Step 1: Access to merchant website > Under merchant website consent registration
   • Step 2: Log in CIMB Clicks Web and fill in details of your request and follow instructions on screen
   • Step 3: Approve the transaction via SecureTAC Approval sent to CIMB OCTO App
3. Merchant sends a consent request to you 
   • Step 1: Login to CIMB Clicks Web > Select Services from the side menu > Under DuitNow AutoDebit, select Pending Request
   • Step 2: Fill in details of your request and follow instructions on screen to approve the request
   • Step 3: Approve the transaction via SecureTAC Approval sent to CIMB OCTO App
