How do I access DuitNow Online Banking/Wallets?

On the merchant checkout app or webpage, select DuitNow Online Banking/Wallets as your payment method. After you choose CIMB Bank from the list of available banks/partners, then:

i) You will be routed to CIMB OCTO App to complete the transaction. However, this is limited to merchant apps that enable DuitNow Online Banking/Wallets app-to-app transactions.

OR

ii) You will be routed to the CIMB Clicks Web login page. After successfully entering your login credentials, you can complete the transaction.
