What should I do when I receive a DuitNow Request?

Upon receiving a DuitNow request, you have the option to Approve or Reject the DuitNow request. Once you are sure that you would like to release payment to the requestor, you may approve the request and the payment will be credited into the requestor’s account instantly.

 

You will also have the option to Forward the DuitNow Request to other DuitNow ID or Account Number, or block the DuitNow Request and the requestor from sending you anymore DuitNow Requests.
