I did not receive any notification on CIMB Clicks App / CIMB OCTO App, where do I go to check? 

You can retrieve the SecureTACTM Number via CIMB OCTO App / CIMB Clicks App notification:

  1. Open the CIMB OCTO App / CIMB Clicks App
  2. Tap on the bell icon "Notifications"
  3. If you are CIMB OCTO App, go to the "Transaction" tab, tap to view the SecureTACTM Number.
