If I have both CIMB Clicks App and CIMB OCTO App, will I be able to receive SecureTAC on both apps?

The SecureTAC notification will be sent to the app where you registered your device as primary. To check which app is registered as primary, you can:

 

Open CIMB OCTO App

  1. Tap on more button > Manage Device

 

If you wish to switch over to CIMB OCTO App:

  1. Open CIMB OCTO App
  2. Tap on “SecureTAC Approval” button on homescreen
  3. Tap on “Yes” & it’s done!
