Who can collect the physical foreign currency notes at CIMB Bank Currency Exchange counter?

The collector stated in the collector’s detail during ordering must collect the physical notes at the selected CIMB Bank Currency Exchange counter. No third party collection is allowed.

Should the details of the collector vary from the details in the system, the bank has the right to seek alternative document or proceed to cancel the transaction at its discretion. This would attract a service charge of RM25.
