4. In what terms that allowed CIMB to cancel my card without my consent?

As stated in the CIMB’s Cardholder Terms and Conditions, the Card may be cancelled at any time by the Bank giving adequate prior notice (fourteen (14) calendar days) even though no default has occurred.
Note: Refer to Clause 4.(a) of CIMB Bank Berhad’s Cardholder Terms and Conditions and/or Clause 20.1 of CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad’s Cardholder Terms and Conditions.
