4. What should I do if my CIMB credit card is declined at a toll booth?

You may need to use an alternative payment method such as other valid debit/credit cards (if any) or Touch ‘n Go card with preloaded credit to make the payment first.

Once you have the time, check that your CIMB credit card has the Contactless Payment feature enabled.

To check this, follow the simple steps below:

Step 1: Login to CIMB OCTO App > Tap on More on the bottom-right corner

Step 2: Tap Services > Manage Card > Contactless Payment

Step 3: Selected the card that is declined and ensure the contactless function is Enable.

Should you require further assistance with this, please call the number at the back of your card.
