2. I am new to CIMB and do not have access to CIMB Clicks or CIMB OCTO App. Is there any other way I can activate my CIMB Credit Card? 

A.       Activation via Phone Call

Step 1: Call the number at the back of your credit card > Select option 1 > Select option 3 and follow the instructions on the call.

Step 2: A Temporary PIN will be sent to you via SMS.

Step 3: Visit any CIMB ATM as soon as possible to change your temporary PIN.

B.       Activation via SMS

Step 1: Send SMS CA<space>last 4 digits of card number to 68833. e.g. CA 1234

Step 2: A Temporary PIN will be sent to you via SMS

Step 3: Visit any CIMB ATM as soon as possible to change your temporary PIN

Once your card is activated, you can use your credit card number to register for CIMB OCTO App to track and manage your CIMB Credit Card.
