4. How do I temporarily Freeze/Unfreeze my Credit Card on CIMB OCTO App?

Step 1: Login to the CIMB OCTO App > Tap More on the bottom right-hand corner

Step 2: Tap Services > Manage Card > Freeze / Unfreeze Card > select credit card you wish to Freeze/Unfreeze

Step 3: Review details and Approve via SecureTAC
