1. Can I reset my credit card PIN on CIMB OCTO App?

Yes, you can:

 

Step 1: Login to the CIMB OCTO App > Tap More on the bottom right-hand corner

Step 2: Tap Services > Manage Card > Reset Card PIN

Step 3: Key in your new 6-digit PIN (this new PIN cannot be the same as your current PIN)

(Note: Ensure that you are in a secure location with no one around you when doing this. Select a PIN that is unique and difficult to guess.)

Step 4: Review details of activation and Approve via SecureTAC
