1. How do I receive the Post Transaction Alert (PTA)?

a)      For CIMB Clicks or CIMB OCTO App user, you will receive the PTA via push notification for transaction performed using your credit card in your CIMB Clicks or             CIMB OCTO App.

b)      For Non - CIMB Clicks or CIMB OCTO App user, you will receive the PTA via Short Message Service (SMS).
