Will I be notified if my Current/Savings Account/-i (CASA/-i) turns dormant?

 

When your CASA/-i becomes dormant, the Bank would send a notice to your registered mailing address (or your registered email address if you have opted for paperless communication) to remind you to activate your CASA/-i.  

  1. For CASA/-i with credit balances more than Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10.00), an annual service fee of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10.00) will be deducted from your CASA/-i annually until your CASA/-i balances are exhausted or up to 7 years, whichever comes first.  
  2. For CASA/-i with credit balance is Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10.00) or less, the entire credit balance in your CASA/-i will be deducted as annual service fee and your CASA/-i will be closed.
