How do I submit for Remittance Application at CIMB branches?

When you need to submit Remittance Application at CIMB branches, you are required to follow the below step:

Step 1:

Download the Remittance Smart Application Form from CIMB website.

Step 2:

i. Fill up all the mandatory fields (all fields with “*”).

ii. Save the filled up form into your laptop.

iii. Print the form (multiple copies if you required copy for yourself).

iv. Sign at the Signature area.

v. Sign the Investment or Non-Investment Declaration Form.

Step 3:

Submit the form with supporting documents to your preferred CIMB branch.
