CIMB OCTO APP

Follow the steps below to activate and create your own 6-digit Debit Card PIN:

Step 1: Launch and log in to the CIMB OCTO App. If you do not have the app, download it via the Google Play Store/Apple App Store/HUAWEI AppGallery

Step 2:

• For new CIMB customers, as soon as you have successfully logged into CIMB OCTO App, there will be a pop-up to prompt you to activate your new debit card;
• For existing CIMB customers, there will be ‘Pending Card Activation’ at home page or go to ‘More’ > under ‘Services’, tap on ‘Manage Card’

Step 3: Enter the 16-digit number of the Octo Debit Card

Step 4: Create your 6-digit Debit Card PIN number

Step 5: Re-enter your 6-digit Debit Card PIN number

Step 6:

• For new CIMB customers, request and enter the TAC sent to your mobile number via SMS
• For existing CIMB customers, SecureTAC approval is required to proceed for activation
