I received a reply from an agent asking me to fill up the attached form, but I can’t see the attachment in the CIMB OCTO app. What should I do?

The attachment can only be viewed and downloaded via CIMB Clicks Web.

 

Alternatively, for Credit Card Maintenance Form and Transaction Dispute Forms, you may download by clicking HERE

 

For Supplementary card form, you may download by clicking HERE

 

However, other forms such as TAC Overseas Letter, Letter of Consent and Indemnity for mistaken fund transfers, our agent will send to customers via CIMB Clicks Web.

 

Once you have completed the form with signature (either by wet signature or digital signature), you may reply the message and upload the form via CIMB Clicks Web or via CIMB OCTO App.
