Here is a list of services available to you:
 
Cash Withdrawals
  • 7 ATM withdrawals per day, totaling up to a maximum of RM10,000 per day.
  • Able to dispense a maximum of 30 pieces of each denomination.

 

Balance Inquiry
Balance inquiry is available for:

  • Savings Account
  • Current Account
  • CIMB MasterCard or CIMB Visa Card
  • Note: The balance and maximum withdrawal limit will be displayed.

 

Funds Transfer

Here is a list of transfer options:

  • To own Savings / Current Account
  • To other third party accounts within CIMB Bank
  • MEPS Instant Transfer (Immediate Credit)
  • Interbank GIRO (IBG) (Subject to IBG cut-off time)

When you use CIMB Clicks Internet Banking, a Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC) is needed to complete certain transactions/activities. There are 3 ways to receive a TAC:

1. On your mobile phone via SMS

2. On your device

3. On the CIMB Clicks Mobile App

 

To receive a TAC on your mobile phone via SMS, please ensure that your mobile number has been registered via ATM.
