As we work towards improving your banking experience with us, we are delighted to share that we will be introducing our new Queue Management System (QMS) at our branches in phases starting from 12 November 2022.
With our new QMS, you will be issued with paperless queue ticket in part of the effort for environmental sustainability.
How it works?
Step 1
Visit to our nearest branch and scan the QR code with your smart phone or tablet.
Step 2
Select preferred language
> Tap on ‘Walk-in’
Step 3
Select ‘Service’ & fill in details
> Submit to ‘Get a ticket’
Ticket number will be issued to your mobile phone number via SMS. Please proceed to the counter once your ticket number is being called.
