Effective 21 February 2025, Disbursement Notice for all personal financing applications will be sent via email.

For customers who have provided email address in your personal financing application, please be informed that the Bank will send the disbursement notice via email / e-notice once your financing application has been approved and disbursed. Customers are highly encouraged to provide your email address to receive the e-notice.

However, if you did not provide email address in your application, the Bank will send your disbursement notice via post to your mailing address. For further clarification, kindly contact CIMB Consumer Contact Centre at +603 - 6204 7788 or email to contactus@cimb.com.
