Please be informed that the Terms of Access and CIMB Online Banking Agreement will be amended and shall take effect on 19 April 2025. The main amendments are:

1. CIMB Clicks App will be decommissioned on 19 April 2025 and you will no longer be able to access the same.
   
2. The Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS) has been replaced with the Financial Markets Ombudsman Services (FMOS) following OFS merger with the Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Center (SIDREC).

In line with the above, amendments have been made to the CIMB Online Banking Agreement to delete references to ‘CIMB Clicks App’, ‘CIMB Messenger’, ‘CIMB Mobile Banking Application’, and to replace the OFS with the FMOS.
