I’m an existing CIMB Clicks Web user without the CIMB Clicks App / CIMB OCTO App and I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?

For CIMB Debit/Credit Card registered users:

i. If you wish to remain with your existing Debit Card/Credit Card, 

a. Please call our CIMB Consumer Contact Centre to terminate your old Clicks ID to allow you to perform new Online Registration with your existing Debit Card/Credit Card.

b. Proceed to ‘Register’ to perform Online Registration using your existing Debit Card/Credit Card.

c. Upon successful registration, download the CIMB OCTO App and perform First Time Login (FTL) using your new User ID and Password.

d. If you have Standing Instruction with your existing CIMB Clicks ID, you will need to perform the setup for your new Clicks ID.

 

ii. Otherwise, you may also visit CIMB branch to apply new Debit Card

a. Proceed to ‘Register’ to perform Online Registration using your new Debit.

b. Upon successful registration, download the CIMB OCTO App and perform First Time Login (FTL) using your new User ID and Password.

c. If you have Standing Instruction with an existing CIMB Clicks ID, please call our CIMB Consumer Contact Centre to terminate the old Clicks ID to avoid any double billing and perform the Standing Instruction setup for your new Clicks ID.

 

For Loan/Financing & Unit Trust registered user: 

i. If you wish to remain with your existing Loan/Financing & Unit Trust account

a. Please call our CIMB Consumer Contact Centre to terminate your old Clicks ID to allow you to perform new Online Registration with your existing Loan/Financing & Unit Trust account.

b. Proceed to ‘Register’ to perform Online Registration using your existing Loan/Financing & Unit Trust account.

c. Upon successful registration, download the CIMB OCTO App and perform First Time Login (FTL) using your new User ID and Password.

ii. Otherwise, you may also visit CIMB branch to apply new Debit Card

a. Proceed to ‘Register’ to perform Online Registration using your new Debit.

b. Upon successful registration, download the CIMB OCTO App and perform First Time Login (FTL) using your new User ID and Password.

 

For CIMB Debit Card (Pending Activation) & Structured Investment registered user: 

 

i. Proceed to the branch to apply for a Debit Card. 

ii. Proceed to ‘Register’ to perform Online Registration using your New Debit Card.

iii. Upon successful registration, download CIMB OCTO App and perform First Time Login (FTL) using your new User ID and Password.
