How can I prevent my Current/Savings Account/-i (CASA/-i) from turning dormant?

 

Perform a transaction with your CASA/-i at least once every 12 months, such as:

  • Perform bill payment, loan/financing payment, credit card/-i payment or fund transfers via CIMB Clicks Web or CIMB OCTO App; or
  • Use your CIMB debit card for purchases or cash withdrawals; or
  • Deposit or withdraw money at any CIMB Automated Teller Machines (ATM) / CIMB Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) / CIMB branch.
